Why are some of the 'envelopes' blue and others red?...and yet others grey!!?

Has anyone figured this out yet?

THESE are the things people want to know! ;)

No....lots of them are red.
The ones I've 'talked' on get a little green arrow, it seems.
At first I thought maybe it was Bilge stuff that was a different color, but that's not it.

Think...think...think.....
I'm sure someone's figured it out and will be along after they've had they're morning cuppa.

Ok...grey means I've read all the posts in that thread. Gotcha.

Now, have you figured out the blue versus red?

..never knew we HAD a spell checker....

Spell check should be set up as a browser thing, not a forum thing. I use Firefox and it works for me.
For example, if I type "this" all is well. If I type "thas" it gets underlined in red, letting me know to fix it. I right click, select an option, and... done.

The spell checker is working fine for me...in Firefox.

You can download a spellchecker add-on for Internet Explorer. Here's one. (http://www.iespell.com/) (I haven't tested that, so don't know if it works as described.)

Thanks Bruce. I loaded it , now to see if it works, no, still the same, screw it , you guys can figure out what I'm typing most of the time.

OK, so Firefox was crashy on your system, and Internet Explorer doesn't have Spell Check built in. Try Google Chrome (http://www.google.com/chrome/intl/en/landing_chrome.html?hl=en&brand=CHMB&utm_campaign=en&utm_source=en-ha-na-us-sk&utm_medium=ha) . I'm typing this in Chrome, and the Spell Check works fine. The site renders well in Chrome, too, although the default fonts are kinda weenie.

+1, works well for me. I only use Exploder for banking now, some online security systems don't support anything else.

There seems to be some link with the 'replies/views' count.

If you are in a sunny room, and you leave the screen on, the UV will turn the blues to red.

They colors are a US thing. They indicate if the thread was started by a liberal or a conservative.

Who knew, that they could tell?

I've got some French envelopes that are flesh colored and others that claim to taste like bubble gum. Why would anyone want a French envelope that tastes like bubble gum?
