We have a 28 foot gaff-rigged sloop built in 1992, and we are now considering using a cover to protect the deck when the boat is not being used much. I am interested in sources of hardware that would be in keeping with the traditional design of our boat. We need hardware to fasten the covering without disrupting her nice lines. I am hoping that there is a source that provides nice bronze toggles and receptacles, and preferably could be installed below the surface of the deck/hull. Any suggestions of sources? Thank you.

I have these on the back of my cockpit cover.

They come in white too. If you find any decent bronze hook, this really works great.
Mine use the white knob version listed here. You hardly notice them with the cover off.
