What online companies have you used to order blocks, tangs, cleats, pulleys, all the minutiae required to rig a homebuilt sailboat?

Hamilton and Duckworks, mostly Hamilton via phone.

Annapolis Performance Sailing (http://www.apsltd.com/)

Layline (http://www.layline.com/home.php)

Both have lots of stuff aimed at the smaller (dinghy as opposed to big boat) racing sailor, and thus, lots of stuff useful to the small boat tinkerer.

And another vote for Duckworks, as well:

In addition to all of the above...

Equipment:

Racelite (http://www.racelitehardware.com/index.html)
...and the Harken Micro series

Retail Outlets:

Defender Marine (http://www.defender.com) is always worth checking. If they carry it, the price will often be one of the lowest.

If you are talking about traditional style then I've used the following:

Seattle's Center for Wooden Boats
Classic Marine
Traditional Marine Outfitters
Spartan Marine
Jamestown Distributors
eBay

I also use Defender which is great except when my order total is < $25 but I can usually identify enough other stuff I need to make it past $25.

Found duckworks a few years ago and have not had to find anyone else.
The bronze oarlocks are the best price I've seen.

Another vote Duckworks. Delivery to the bottom of the world (NZ) was within seven days - very impressed! They were the only place I found that had really wide rudder pintles (or was it gudgeons?)
A lot of the gear they stock is Racelite.

I've been using mauri pro sailing a lot. They usually have the lowest prices of anyone online, sometimes a lot lower than the manufacturer. Huge selection of stuff too.
