3. how much do they cost and how do i get the

The information is in the thread you started back in December. Write to Iain and ask him the cost of the plans. Then send him a check. Very simple. Very easy. It worked for me.

If you go back to the original thread, a fellow named Jim added a post in late January saying that he had heard from Oughtred, and the price was 197 pounds ($290) plus $15 for shipping.

NB: At the current exchange rate per Yahoo finance, 197 pounds is $308.98.
