The 21' electric launch built by the Great Lakes Boat Building School (I helped) is up for auction on ebay, my thoughts is it is a steal at 4050$ US right now.

I take it you don't know much about eBay actions -- until the reserve is met, the item isn't actually for sale. If / when the reserve is met, then the lower end of the price can be determined.

That said, sure looks like a pretty boat!

Well, with a reserve at $4100, and a bid of $4050, I'd say that a sale could be around the corner.

As far as I know the reserve has not been met, and the required minimum bid amount (in this case $50) is just set to a certain ratio of increments (probably based on the reserve price which is not known yet). So from what I can tell, the reserve could be 10k or whatever.

For comparison of required min bid amounts, this auction for a shackle probably had no reserve, or the reserve was already met. The required minimum bid is $0.05 -
