Stephens??

I am looking into a Stephens Flush Deck, 61 foot from 1968....can anyone tell me which Stephens might have designed this boat....is it Stephens Bro's, Stephens of Sparkman and Stephens?? I just want to do some more research but don't know which way to look.

If it's called a Stephens 61' and is a flush deck motoryacht she was probably designed and built by Stephens Marine Inc of Stockton California. The yard went out of business probably 20 years ago....

A picture or link to a listing might help identify further....

I am going down to check her out tomorrow and will take some photos...I imagine I can get the hull id # and narrow it down, but I was thinking it would have been Stephens Marine. I believe that they were also called Stephens Bros.

If it's the one in Oregon listed at $168k I would say it's definitely a Stephens Marine built in Stockton.

Yes, I think the Stephens Brothers name was an earlier version of the same company.

It is actually one in California, but I found the Oregon one you are refferring to and it looks almost identical. I think we have confirmation.
