Great Cove 21 by Arno Day

There is a boat called the Great Cove 21 shown in "100 Boat Designs Reviewed" published by WoodenBoat. It was designed by Arno Day, who apparently passed away some time ago. I contacted WoodenBoat about the plans and they thought that the builder of the original boat might be offerring plans, but I have gotten no answer from a letter I sent. Does anyone here know if there is a source for plans for this design?
