43 ft downeast cedar plank

I am thinking about looking at a 1978 43 ft cedar plank hull with 2 layers of glass with epoxy resin boat built in Maine. I like the looks of it and was looking for some feedback. The owner built the boat and used it for 20 years. I am assuming this is a plus. Any info would be appreciated. Also any wooden boat serveyers Names in Maine would be appreciated Thanks

Was it originally a glassed boat or was that added later?
