I have a 1942 ketch built in Wilmington, CA. Can not determine who designed her. The only distinguishing feature are a number of "Stars" on her. The end of the bow sprit has a bronze star on the tip. There is a star on the screws that lock the overhead sky light. Carved into the transom on either side of her name LEEWAY is a star. This would seem to be a signature. Any leads?
