Any idea what that little beauty weighs? She seems to stand up to that cloud of canvas just fine.

There's a little more about her here: link (http://www.woodenboat.org/boats/Boat_Detail.aspx?processID=206)
Bryony's design was taken from turn-of the century (1890's) Bristol Channel pilots. Franken gave her a rounder bilge than was traditional. As a result, Bryony sails with considerably less heel than her older cousins.
Bryony can fly three working sails, the main, stays'l, and jib. In light air, using Bryony's topmast, we can add a tops'l and a jib tops'l.
I'd like to see a lines plan.

With Photoshop you can remove such distracting and unsightly things from the image. What we need is the real-time app.

I think Paul told me that a local boat building school built it and he bought it from them. I'm not 100% sure of that, though.
Bryony is a real beauty. Almost a PT icon like Martha and Adventuress.
I was looking at her the other day. She needs a bit of work these days.

I might add that Paul is a very modest person. So, I will add that he is also a master pattern maker and wooden boat builder.

There was an article once upon a time in WB on her construction in a school perhaps in the early 80's . NW School of Boatbuilding ?

There was an article once upon a time in WB on her construction in a school perhaps in the early 80's . NW School of Boatbuilding ?I'd like to find that article. I searched the WoodenBoat online index and Google and found no reference to it.

I raced against her a couple times when there was a classic yacht racing scene here. The great thing about those races was looking at those boats sailing. I do think she was the most beautiful thing there.

Was that the issue Paul ?That's the issue. Good article on the school, not much on the cutter.
