Last weigh in Dec.19/09 @ 265 lbs. Next one on April 21/10 @ 235 lbs. Down
40 in four months. I'm happy about it and sure feel better too. Like to get to 200 by end of the year.

That is excellent work. I am down 27 pounds from January 1. This week, on vacation, I have done nothing but cheat, but back on the wagon I shall go, come Monday when I go back to work.

Brad, you can easily do what I am doing. Anyone can. 1000 calories per day and you WILL lose weight. And four months into it, I can also tell you that you just will not be able to eat much even if you do 'cheat'. I ate a half a basket of fried dill pickles at Wintzell's in Gulf Shores the other day and stayed sick for two days, even though they were dee-licious.

One pound...?
If so, good for you boddys, that's an accomplishment.
The pounds go on one at a time, and they come off the same way... just not as quickly.

Good luck, good will, and congratulations.
