I thought quite a few of them had interesting things to say. It kinda reminded me of the 10 blind men and the elephant. Each of the men is touching a different part, and tries to describe what an elephant is - from his experience. One says, like a leathery wall. Another says, like a boa constrictor. One suggests an elephant is like a tree trunk, and so on. This format - juxtaposing the various blurbs - I thought was intriguing.

How would YOU describe wisdom?

Well, thank you...really, thank you. I have been screaming this at people for years and years and all I get is abused

When it is raining, sometimes the right person has to point it out for people to realize they are all wet.

I know ya can’t just give people the answer or they won’t get it…sometimes I like a little vindication though

I don't believe there is a short cut to understanding what wisdom is...any more than studying one pixle will tell you what the big picture is. That is my complaint about our education industry...the pitch is that if one stares (studies) one pixle long enough and thoroughly enough, he will be wiser than those who do not...follow the money
