Beautiful boat. What is it?

I haven't found the owner on board to ask the history and pert, info. Here is what I know. It's made of wood, about 38', and it's almost too nice to be a restored old yacht. This beautiful ship was built by Gannon - Benjamen on Vinyard Haven in 2001. I do not remember the designers name. My apologies. Maybe someone can help with a name. Sorry about the new pic, I'm having trouble with uploading to image station. Tried earthlink snapfish without sucess? Tanx - J. M.
