Here are the hinges for my cabin table. They look clunky but are dead simple to make and will be hidden except for the brass straps.

The hinges thread onto the 1" diameter S.S. handrail tube that runs between the table supports making a very narrow table when folded which takes up minimum walkway room. The hinges will be drilled clear through and countersunk for screws that will attach them to the bottom of the table leaves.
