In fact it is a Cut and Pasted Craigslist advertisement.

 <gasp> Oh, no! Not the dreaded Craigslist again!

Well done, Basil. Even though they're always thousands of miles away from me I still like seeing them. Thanks for the heads-up.

And the warning. :D

Shoot, try living only hundreds of miles away, with family in Vancouver whom I ought to go see.

Must...resist...temptation...

I was in one of those, more than a few times. Look out for the dentist who'll make a little kid (me) get out of the fishing chair just when the sailfish pops the line off the outrigger.

It was late '40s, Dad (1/3 owner of the used boat) at the wheel which was unexpectantly signalling through a loss of turning ability that there was a stuck rudder/rusted cables, Uncle Fritz in fishing chair with beer in hand and feet on the transom looking up into and past the sky. This was Palm Beach inlet. We were heading at right angles to the channel, straight for granite rocks on the side of the south jetty. Dad all flustered and full of "Help!," Fritz though, fresh from WW2 submarine duty gave out the following, "Don't worry, Harold, we're not taking on any water yet." In time, and a few more frantic twists to the wheel, and a few more leisurely slugs of that beer, Fritz saw that little boat turn as the rust fell from the cables and the wheel swung. Nice little ship that one.
