Hey fellas.
Haven't finished the first project, already looking for the next.
This time I'm looking for a trailerable bassboat. At least I think it's what's referred to as a bassboat. 19-25 foot range with a small cuddy cabin, and the side windows that "swoop" down from the windshield and blend into the cockpit coaming. I'm looking for a large open cockpit and a transom mounted outboard. Kind of like a Bartender with a transom.
I would like to cold mold it so that it sits tight on a trailer. I haven't ruled plywood out all together yet, but I would like to escape the hull shape limitations that plywood presents. (Yes, I realize that Bartenders are plywood. ;) )
Perhaps a "classic" design with new scantlings for different construction?
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
Jeff
