Does anyone know anything about these?

Hi,
Does anyone have any experience with either of the these company's? Captain Andrew J. Rae and Sons (www.nautsci.com) and www.yachtcrew.ca. The first I am thinking getting a couple of their CD-Rom courses and was wondering if they were any good, and the other is just a yacht job site and I wanted to try and find out if it is a useful place to deal with or not.

Anyone dealt with Captain Andrew J. Rae? I am particularly considering there Meteorology and celestial navigation courses, but if anyone has experience with any of their other products that would be useful as well.
