This is my first post, so, greetings, everyone. I recently fell in love with a 1911 Luke Brothers designed 30' gaff yawl rebuilt by Peter Brookes. It has a lovely long counter and spoon bow, and a photo can be seen on pg. 46 of the Dec 09 issue of Classic Boat. Den Phillips also has a full profile photo here: http://www.denphillipsphotos.co.uk/den_index_library.asp?searchaction=big&ImageId=1776&ProductId=4
Anyone know where lines for this yawl or a similar design can be found? (Fred Shepherd's "Crystal" comes to mind) Thanks.

I think the lines for "Crystal" can be found in one of Uffa Fox's books. I believe it's a typical entry and includes a sail plan and construction plan as well along with the usual narrative. "Crystal" is not as svelte as "Cormorant" appears to be in that photo.
Looks great! Check out Venture by Albert Strange, 29' 6", very like and wonderful. For example, http://www.albertstrange.org/?p=187 Or CHARM, http://www.albertstrange.org/?p=232 , like SEA HARMONY a 33' version of Venture and better for the added volume. They have the same full keel line as CORMORANT.

Yes, very similar and wonderful. How ironic that the photographer for the "Venture" photos is, again, Den Phillips. What a great eye she has. Thanks for the replies.

The lines and sail plan drawings for Venture are available from Mystic Seaport Museum.
