I am about to receive my plans for the Cape Henry 21 which I commissioned from Dudley Dix. The CH21 is based on the Cape Cutter 19 but re-sized to 10% plus overall.

Dudley will have a web page up on his site over the next week or so.

I decided on the CC19 design as the boat most suitable for my needs and asked the designer to enlarge the design to provide additional interior volume etc whilst still enabling easy trailering etc.... The V berth will be around 2.20mt long and 2.0mt wide. bigger than our double bed plus 2 2.2mt quarter berths. It has a very functional galley and should provide comfortable accomodations for the family.( 2+2).

I can thoroughly recommend Dudley Dix as a designer that is more than willing to assist and he has a genuine interest in you as a client, unlike a lot of designers out there.

I really enjoy the topics and discussions on this forum and with the wealth of knowledge and experience I won't feel alone in my project.

Cheers

Frans

Nice-looking boat. Once you get started with construction, please post pictures!
