Vivier designs

Hi There,

Are there any builders of François Vivier designs on this forum (French, web site: http://www.francois.vivier.info/indexeng.html)?

I'd like to read about your experiences with building his designs. I would like to build a reasonably fast day sailer like Stir Ven or Toulindag.

Take a few days off in early May and drive down to southern Britany to the "Semaine de Golfe": www.semainedugolfe.asso.fr (http://www.semainedugolfe.asso.fr) .
In the sail and oar category (in which I will be participting)there will be several owner-builders of Vivier boats.
In the larger boat categories I heard F. Vivier will be participating in his own Stir Ven and there should be other Vivier boats.
Don't hesitate to contact him directly for more information.
If you decide to spend those few days on the Golfe du Morbihan reserve your hotel now !

Sounds interesting, Yanis. I know the Golfe du Morbihan, and it's not so far from where I live. I used to sail there with my family when I was a teenager.

But is there a mailing list or a group of Vivier builders around on the web?
