I bought some video gear from this auction house in Idaho and am still on their list. A woodshop auction is closing tomorrow...Includes a 24" Grizzly resaw machine currently at $375.

Not highest end tools, but at these prices fabulous bargains. The T/S is a screaming deal at the moment.

I bid on a light stand and a lcd production monitor from this place. Got both for less than $200. I assumed that I would pay $65 or so to have the stuff ship. Unfortunately, because of the weight and dimensions of the light stand, freight would have come to $300. (Really. I checked a couple places.)

I decided to drive over to Nampa Idaho and pick up the gear. I was on the road at 4:15. Arrive Nampa at 1pm. It was about 135F there. Had a Wendy's double cheeseburger and a large Frosty and headed back.

Turned out the stand was a Matthews "hi-hi overhead." Like new condition. Will extend 20 ft. in the air and support 80 pounds. Hollywood quality gear...about $500 new.
