Rather unusual sheer at the stern. Did they leave some weight back there?

It looks hogged in all the photos but I don't know if it has sagged or not.

If it was a bit longer, I would guess that it was a Swallow, which was an Olympic class in 1948. But at the advertised length it is a couple of feet too short.
