Very bloody nice indeed. Do you know which design she is? After referring to my S&S book "Lines", the closest designs seem to be Loki (design #619, 1947 @ 38' LOA) and Finisterre (design#1054, 1954 at 38.5' LOA). Finisterre is/was a centre-board boat and both were designed as yawls, though I can't see anything that suggests a yawl rig in your photos.
Reminds me of this other one in Sydney, saileded for four decades IIRC by a now elderly owner.

It's been for sale for a long time now, it's tired after an active life and needs quite a bit of work. Overpriced in the current market and the owner won't let her go for much less.
