Old Style Rod Holder Wanted

I need to ‘lose’ this of the back off the boat but it does perform a role for mounting the BBQ. Anyone know of a more classic looking setup i.e. flush mounted deck fitting in bronze ?

Google flush mount rod holder, there's plenty of options available. better yet visit a tackle store that caters to large game trolling fisherman.
