Hallo all,
I want to build a wooden mast for a gaff yawl and am having a bit of trouble locating suitable timber.
Here in New Zealand it has been suggested that Port Orford cedar might be suitable, but I can find no mention of it in any of my reference books except for planking.
Can any of you help, or can you direct me to a site where I might get some information?
