I may have a couple of questions later. Thought I might rebuild with aluminum, but decided I was gonna paint from the get go.....went with Honduras Mahogany.

I'm going to have to rebuild mine too. Is there a better system for sliding windows than those plastic tracks that will keep the rain out?
