Pervaiz Musharraf toppled the duly elected government of Pakistan and pushed the country many years back.

Today that wise man is busy delivering lectures at various fora in the world and is being paid heavily for these pearls of wisdom.

He was on TOTN the other day. Sounded very insecure and defensive. Still touting the fear of India line.

Is he a Pashtun?

'Delhiwalas', if taken as a group, had a somewhat higher level of education and cultural awareness compared to the median of the Pakistan of 1947.

Same may be said for most of the Muslims who came over from India and whom I was to meet at school.

I learnt a few weeks ago that a 'Delhiwala' schoolmate of mine retired recently as Pakistanīs Ambassador to France. Very pleased, but not surprised, in the least !
