"New" 1968 snipe-class for sale in Richmond, VA

The story is that it's a not-quite finished snipe class sailboat, started in 1968, stored in a barn while the builder went to VietNam and never returned. It looks to be in pretty nice condition, actually.

That's a pretty interesting story. Think about that young man overseas, thinking about the time that he can come home and finish and sail his Snipe. When you put it in that context it really touches you.
