3000 pound curb weight
4.5 litre V8 (458 duh...)
562 HP at 9,000 RPM
0-60: 3.2 seconds
Top Speed: 202 MPH (believe it or not, this is the first 'high volume' car from Ferrari to top 200mph)

Towing capacity? or cartop boats only?Just think of it as a really quick way to get you to the dinghy dock ;):D

Quite a beast ... a bit fast than the one I messed with a while back!

Gotta love the 9,000 RPM thing, though!

Almost as impressive as 9,000rpm on a pushrod V-8! ;)

Stunning !!!

More photo's pleaseIts the new Ferrari 458 Italia. Spiritual successor to the 308.

I like how 'clean' the design is, no overt spoilers or other aerodynamic appendages. Wonder what the bottom looks like?;)

Yep, looks like a 308 to me!

Now Tim, if you have to ask! ;)

Very racy..
I saw my first California the other day.. ooooo.
And a Panamera.. not so fussed.

Mind you, I also saw a guy in a white Lambo galli/ mercy something convertible pulling out of a side street when I was going down to my caravan at westhaven marina the other day. I was driving my rough old jag with its patchy paint and total loss oil system.

'What a wanker 'I thought. and swung a bit close.

couldn't help myself.

total loss oil systemI've come to regard this system as a bit of British engineering brilliance. Your crankcase oil is always fresh, and nothing from the firewall back should ever corrode.

I used to own one of these, Fiat Dino. Body by Bertone.

http://www.ritzsite.nl/Fiat_Dino/Gallery/Fiat_Dino_2000_coupe_1968_r3q.JPG

Not a ferrari, but the engine was. Surprised a lot of people out of the toll gates after seeing the Fiat emblem.

Pininferina designed a body type for them as well

http://www.ritzsite.nl/Fiat_Dino/Gallery/Fiat_Dino_2000_spider_1967_red-black_closed_f3q.JPG

Same engine as the heavier coupe, double overhead cam V6, 3 dual barrel Weber carbs. Yellow lined at 7.5, red at 8. 5 speed transmission. I had a lot of fun.

Sorry for the drift.:D

Handsome and very clean. I like it. the fashion, for a while, was for add - ons andthe like. I think we're swinging away from that again, which is just fine. Lamborghini better look out, I think this may top the Murcielago.

Now Tim, if you have to ask! ;)

About L180,000.

Somewhere a little south of $300,000.

Though the Ferrari has not officially released the price yet .

How much would you pay for this ?

http://www.reczekart.com/images/brancusi-02X.jpg

"Bird in Space" is a series of sculptures by Constantin Brancusi (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Constantin_Brancusi), a Romanian (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Romania) sculptor. The original work was created in 1923. It was sold in 2005 for $27.5 million, a record for a sculpture sold in an auction.Sort of the same concept, only you can DRIVE this sculpture 202 MPH
