Good Sail repair in Annapolis area?

Hi, there, I know someone coming thru the area (a cruiser) who needs some good, quick sail repair. Any recommendations?

I had good work done by Glen Housley years ago (1994?) to fix a big rip. He also refurbished a few batten pockets and so forth for a very reasonable price.
