Not that model exactly. The Pacemakers were built byn the C.P.Leeks co., that also built Egg Harbors. I've done some Egg Harbor stuff. What is your question?

I'm not certain exactly what would be my question. Perhaps some guidence as to what to look for in buying a boat of this class/age/material?
Are there plans, that you know of for this model?

You will most likely find most of the ribs broken at the turn of the bilge in the aft 2/3 of boat. Look for rot in the house and transom.Allen, are you going to make the Classic Egg Harbor rendzevous in Baltimore in July?

We just purcahsed a 1968 31' Pacemaker last week, and its in great shape after the previous owners put 31'000 into the resterations.Unfortunatly its been sitting for the last 3 years and need to be re-chalked and painted. They want to charge me $4'000 for re-chalking and to paint the bottom, and sides.Do you think this sounds like a fair price?

I've now found out that the keelson has problems, soft wood around the keel bolts. Is it worth repairing?
