I'm a new sailor on this forum, from Anacortes, WA.
Right now I have a fiberglass sloop, but I just attended my first wooden boat festival in Port Towsend, WA. I've never seen so many beautiful boats in my life. It was one of the highlights of my summer I posted pictures of the event for anyone who wants to take a look:

They might be nice photos, its hard to tell with the distraction of the water mark. There is 2 threads started with PT photos up in People and Places.

Thanks for the clarification, 2meter. I've only been sailing four years, and am learning a lot. I agree, this boat really caught my eye. I can't wait until next year's festival!
I'll make changes to Tari Tari's description. Thanks for letting me know.
Kevin

O.k. G.S. I got rid of the annoying watermarks. Thanks for the suggestion. You're right, they were bugging the heck out of me, too!
I enjoyed seeing the photos posted by others on the site. There was a lot going on, and next year I want to take my boat out there a few days early and get some shots on less crowded waters. It was sure a fun trip.

Where is this photo? I'd like to see it, too.
I hate being left on the dock. I howl like a stray dog when the boats start to leave.

It is pretty. One of the prettiest boats I saw that weekend. I bet she would be a gas if the weather piped up!
