pen yann oar lock bracket

I have a pen yann car topper that I have been restoring and I am near then end. However there is one thing I need tht I have been looking for that I cannot find pen yann oar lock brackets. It is the only parts that did not come with the boat. I have been looking for the past year found one guy in upstate NY who said he would have some for me. I gave him all my info including cc number and that was the last I heard of him. The car topper have a unique oar lock bracket with a long narrow tang because of the small gunwales. Someone tried using a normal bracket on it before and it tore out of one rail and cracked the other both of which I repaired I would really like to get this done if anyone has a contact, foundry or knows some one who has one set I would appreciate it very much I know the boat came with 2 sets but I will be using only one set because of the damage from the set tht was subsituted.
