We have all been battling this demon for years.
I read of weed killer/ thinned epoxy/patent cures.
Have seen on this forum & others the awareness
of simple cures. They are not believed.
There is no magic bullet!
I believe Napoleon said "Know Your Enemy"
DRY ROT IS EASY!!!
