For many years we had a river otter at our dive shop that answered to "Evinrude".....he was found as a baby on the shore after his mommy appeared to be hit with an outboard motor prop. He lived in the doghouse we set up near the inlet, ate mostly catfood but enjoyed other snacks, would follow us down the docks when we were loading to run offshore, all the time with his "buudnnn, buddnnn, buddnnn" sound. Always happy, met us on the docks when we came back, always there for samples of the Yellowtail we caught to toss on the grill.
