Has any one seriously considered this cat?
I always stop at the lines while leafing through C.P.K.'s Small Yachts and was tihinking about the design after attending the Plesant Bay cat boat races.

It is only 19' and it is a small hull as far as cat boats go (not saying much) the rig is what makes this a pretty big boat to consider building, the giant 32' mast 16' gaff and extreme 27' boom really give me pause as to the practacility of the design... and I generally like bigger rigs.

I have seen the model at Mystic and the hull has wonderfulllines, even prettier in three dimensions than the lines.

I think the hull would be quite fast with a significantly smaller rig and crew... a alternate rig might get this boat built by someone, traditional carvel construction or strip planked it would be a neat boat.
