Why doesn't it look 4-sided? Could it be for a sliding gunter rig?

I'm thinking it might be a Beetle Cat sail (Q could mean from the Quissett YC fleet). Those sails often have very high peaks, but you could ask the seller.

fits the measurements, but there are plenty of other requirements one can't tell.

I don't think Quissett ever had a beetle cat class.
