Beautifully built but a bit overdone IMHO. Also too much money for what it is - 12 1/2s are not exactly rare and it is still only 16 feet of boat with no power or accomodations. Not saying the labor that went into it is not worth it, just feel the same time could have been better spent.

What a shame they wasted all that effort. If they'd only put a real keel on her, she would have been a real gem.

Interesting construction -

Price is OTT but it's whatever the market will bear...

Re the Haven: It's the "one piece transom" that's 'unusual'. :D

Seems to me there's a recent Haven for about 15k. Still too rich for my money for a daysailor.
This one costs more than my 16 ton ketch cost, ready to go.
