These guys are building a scratch-built diorama of the Battle of Trafalgar in 1:150 scale. It's absolutely amazing. All built "Navy Board" style, with full framing and the rest. If you have any interest in modeling, these sites are worth checking out. They've been at it for three years. It looks like they've been at it for three lifetimes! Simply incredible.

Pretty impressive. They must be a real hit with the ladies.

Imagine what we'd all have accomplished in this life if we didn't spend time chasing the ladies!

I'm OK with the tradeoff if the other option is building that model. It is impressive work though, just not my thing. I guess i just have a need for most of my projects to be more 'useful'.

Oh, you can bet it's "useful." It will likely end up in a museum at some point. It's both a credible work of art and an historical research project. It's also worth well in excess of $100,000, I'd guess and would be a hot auction item at any of the large art auction houses like Sotheby's... if making money is "useful." A worthy project indeed.:) I wonder just how the modeler's intend to depict the gore of sea battle?

Hey Cleek, I thought the freak brothers put it a different way.

If no one chased the ladies we wouldn't be here!!! Jim....
