What is the purpose of boiling woods? How to do it? What are the advantages and disadvantages of such process?

Steaming is easier and more effective. It's to soften the wood to take a bend that would break dry wood.

I was meaning to increase durability of wood by changing its structure and killing microorganism So, does anyone know something about that?

No, I am not making broth.
I've heard of boiling green wood, particularly woods that are known to check while drying. It has to be boiled for quite awhile, in order to relieve all the stress. I have no idea what the process does for the wood's durability.
You may be able to kill the micro organisims that are on/in the wood when you start but it will be reinfected if you don't hermetically seal it while it is still hot. The air is full of spores looking for a home. I understand that there are some fumigation methods out there but don't know any details.
By the way how big is your kettle? ;)
